Somebody recently said something which I hope you will find helpful, we have no idea what happens during the last minutes when somebody is dying, we don't know what God will do, so I hang onto this and pray that those I loved who are now gone in some way were met by God prior to their death. I have not put it well, sorry.
Great post! When I find myself getting distracted by the events in the world, and trying to put the pieces together, I keep telling myself not to spend as much time focusing on what’s coming, but focus more on who’s coming.
Barbie, I think the simplicity of what you said may escape the full weight of its truth. Focus on WHO is coming is at the absolute center of our peace and joy in this season.
I believe the Holy Spirit is moving us all in the same direction as far as our thinking. As I just woke up and checked my emails, I felt compelled to read your message Scott; something I would usually do later in the day. My thoughts are the same as far as Trump, Iran, Russia, etc. I wake up each day thinking about these things. I don’t feel uneasy or disturbed; only a sense that the Lord is wanting us to be mindful of how close we are and what we need to do to inform others when He opens doors. I feel truly blessed that He would use us as His vessels, filling us with these thoughts from above, to use for His plan of salvation for those around us, including strangers in our paths as we draw closer and closer to His return. It’s amazing to me how we are all of the same mindset, but it shouldn’t be as we are His church, and we are all one in Christ Jesus Our Lord. Come soon Lord Jesus, but in your perfect timing!

Sometimes, unity is most visible in the Watchman Community...because most are Bereans and know the Word. But even among remnant believers, look at how divided we are. This might be one of the key motivators for the Father to say to His Son: go get your Bride. I'm sure all this breaks His heart...as it should ours.

We must continue and never stop...and this is because I think in His mercy, the Lord will shake the Church and THEN people you've spoken to will remember what you said. This is for all of us: if you don't first plant these seeds (in obedience and faithfulness with a heart of love) then it adds an anchor point that the Holy Spirit can use at just the right time. We have a mandate. He can use what we have sown. One day, our recognition and praise will come from the Lord at the Bema. Then we will see all his orchestration, His goodness, His love for the world. #maranatha
Yes, I agree Scott. In fact, I’ve already experienced this in my life. A dear friend from college who was an atheist, is now a believer. I only loved and prayed for her following the conviction of the Holy Spirt. So often I wanted to “tell her”, but the Holy Spirit cautioned me. The Lord Himself met her, revealed Himself, and she accepted His salvation. At her baptism, we were blessed to meet the other faithful servants who the Lord used to love and pray for her. It was a little taste of heaven. She later told me she was drawn to me because of my love. God created each of us unique and with gifts and mission for His Kingdom. It is so important that we honor God’s calling and mission for individuals. The scripture and the Holy Spirit is witness to each one’s work, not doctrinal differences.

To add to the point of the “peace” Ezekiel 38 describes, all of a sudden, most of these Arab countries with at least covert hostility towards Israel are now becoming true allies. Netanyahu has hinted about this several times since this war, and seems to me indicates that—when the dust settles from war—many more will be enfolded into the Abraham Accords. All the more reason, then, for Israel to feel so secure they hyperbolically won’t have to lock their doors at night.

This is beautiful. I hear your heart, Sis. All of us are on the spectrum of fatigue. Those that groan are doing God's work IMO. "For you have little strength..." is what I perceive is the force multiplier. Those that are strong don't have the weight of those that are bent with age and diminishment. Therefore, keep praying, groaning, and being about the Father's business to the very best of your ability. Your weariness is a fragrant offering--it is for all of us...

I’m also a child of a pastor who has made his life about reading anything he can to know God (the Bible 1st of course) and teaching me as much as he can. I read scripture ravenously and so enjoy studying prophecy.

Thank you for your insights. I too am sensing something big is coming. At times I can only sit in stunned amazement at the season we are in. I spend most of my time reading the Bible and listening to sermons from such people as Pastor Jack Hibbs, pastor Gary Mckibben, pastor Brandon Holthaus, Pastor Tom Hughes, John Haller, and so many more. I also am keeping up with the geopolitical events. I too see the technology becoming set up for Mr. Fix It...please and me to the list wanting to hear more about quantum computing. We all must continue our sanctification process so we are ready to meet HIM. There are so many times during the day, especially when the days are consumed with pain, that all I can do is focus on HIM. I am fairly isolated where I am so He is my strength to get through the day. I truly do not know where I would be without Him!!

Yes, Jan--we all should. I'm in this weird place where I'm thinking "if not now, then after we're gone" as a hopeful place for those not quite responding to the knock on the door "Behold I stand at the door..." Rev 3:20. If I witness hardness of heart, I pray past the Rapture and for them to become a believer when they are confronted by the love we expressed to watch and warn and by the Holy Spirit's urge to repent and believe. I can't do it in my own strength, but I know Who can in His strength.
Thanks brother. I’ve had similar “feelings” regarding the rapture, unless something crazy different in the Middle East happens, the rapture is gonna happen soon. I think this is key due to the first 4 seals (the 4 horseman of the Apocalypse). The way I see it through the lens of Scripture is that this will lead to the false peace mentioned in Seal #1. Then I believe Gog / MaGog will then take place leading to world, that is Seal #2. Seal #3 is super super inflation which it will take a days wages to eat which leads to seal #4 where 25% of the population is killed. By disease and pestilence, created viruses and of course that jab to go with it.
It seems clear to me at this point. If people would put emotions aside and connect the dots they would get a better understanding on Trump and how he fits. I think he is the catalyst in all this, and in on the “great reset”! He and his family are making billions right now on everything…hands in a lot of cookie jars! I think at a certain point he may step down, maybe midterms in order to appear to go out the good guy and Vance and all the technocrats take over. Just my thinking anyway. One last thing that I look at as super important that no one hardly talks about (I posed this question at last round table discussion but no one thought it important enough to bring up. Why ask for questions and then don’t use any? Yeah I’m a bit perturbed on this issue). The old Babylon is being transformed right before our eyes. They are building the world’s largest port there and is close to being ready. Along with huge factories, a super highway including an underwater tunnel. Fits perfectly to the Scriptures. Following up on your questions. When the disciples asked Jesus about the end times, He didn't shut them down, rather he rolled out what to look for. "Even so, when you see ALL these things, you know that it is near, right at the door." He follows up by saying nobody knows the Day or Hour but then gives more clues, and then admonishes us to "Keep watch". While many of "these things" have happened in the past, never have they "ALL" lined up at one time, the way we see them lining up today. Holding to a pretrib rapture, when we see all the signs Jesus spoke about we can know that the time "it is near, at the door". And as a confirmation of what we are seeing, we also see the beast system being set up, which will be fully implemented 3.5 years after the revealing of the AC. If the prophets of doom are anticipating that by 2030 you will own nothing and be happy - this fits like a glove. Add the red heifer being sacrificed preparing for the rebuilding of the third temple - Iran being declawed which will usher in a temporary peace that Israel will live in unwalled cities, "perilous times" will come in the last days, arrival of Apophis April 13, 2029 (worm wood?), "A Wave of Comets is Flying into the Solar System...", "There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars," - weather events. With all this doom and gloom and yet the stock market continues to increase makes me think that the deception is so pervasive that a large percentage of the populace continue to walk towards the proverbial cliff, and the restrainer is holding back the evil that has and is being perpetuated upon a sleeping people.
So when you ask where do you think we are? I think the groom has His tux on, and is tying his shoes in preparation to come down and get his bride. I woke up this morning and said, "today would be a great day for you to come" - the longing in my heart only grows stronger by the day. This has energized me to speak boldly to co-workers and friends of their need to know Christ. The more I dwell on His return the less I think about myself and actually do what he has called us to do. I can think of no better motivation to get people to Jesus and get Jesus to people for the day when all of His children rise to meet Him in the air. I will end with a song that came to mind that sums up much of what I am thinking.

I don't watch comments fly by. Pastor Haller and all of us on the panel, DO WANT to answer questions. They are important. But in the moment, when thousands of people are watching and my (our) minds are furiously trying to absorb everything being said on the panel, it is admittedly quite difficult to brake. Following up on your questions. When the disciples asked Jesus about the end times, He didn't shut them down, rather he rolled out what to look for. "Even so, when you see ALL these things, you know that it is near, right at the door." He follows up by saying nobody knows the Day or Hour but then gives more clues, and then admonishes us to "Keep watch". While many of "these things" have happened in the past, never have they "ALL" lined up at one time, the way we see them lining up today. Holding to a pretrib rapture, when we see all the signs Jesus spoke about we can know that the time "it is near, at the door". And as a confirmation of what we are seeing, we also see the beast system being set up, which will be fully implemented 3.5 years after the revealing of the AC. If the prophets of doom are anticipating that by 2030 you will own nothing and be happy - this fits like a glove. Add the red heifer being sacrificed preparing for the rebuilding of the third temple - Iran being declawed which will usher in a temporary peace that Israel will live in unwalled cities, "perilous times" will come in the last days, arrival of Apophis April 13, 2029 (worm wood?), "A Wave of Comets is Flying into the Solar System...", "There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars," - weather events. With all this doom and gloom and yet the stock market continues to increase makes me think that the deception is so pervasive that a large percentage of the populace continue to walk towards the proverbial cliff, and the restrainer is holding back the evil that has and is being perpetuated upon a sleeping people.
So when you ask where do you think we are? I think the groom has His tux on, and is tying his shoes in preparation to come down and get his bride. I woke up this morning and said, "today would be a great day for you to come" - the longing in my heart only grows stronger by the day. This has energized me to speak boldly to co-workers and friends of their need to know Christ. The more I dwell on His return the less I think about myself and actually do what he has called us to do. I can think of no better motivation to get people to Jesus and get Jesus to people for the day when all of His children rise to meet Him in the air. I will end with a song that came to mind that sums up much of what I am thinking.
What a day that will be when my Jesus I shall see
And I look upon His face
The One who saved me by His grace
When He takes me by the hand
And leads me through the Promised Land
What a day glorious day that will be.
