I know it’s a whole lot! It’s a massive undertaking and a serious brain stretcher along with the physical, emotional, and relationship demands. I wish I could help make things easier for you. All I can say is to please remember your priorities! I know how easy it is to forget or lose track, my daughter used to call me every day to remind me it was time to go home because I had dogs waiting for and depending on me. Sometimes we have to say enough is enough and set those hard stop cut offs. Otherwise, you know as well as I do what happens. Yes, it’s overwhelming… So set those hard stops before they stop you. 😘🙏
